Leadership for the New Commons
A Bioregional Leadership Initiative
The environmental challenges and the call for
vital communities require adaptive, artful leadership.
This initiative is dedicated to the promotion
of deep cultural transformation across our bioregion
on behalf of the common good. At the heart of
the idea of the common good is the image of the
commons, a key element of this initiative.
In a fragmented and polarized world, we need
leaders who see things whole, lead from a sense
of interdependence and with skilled competence,
and bring spiritual and ethical awareness to their
practice of leadership. Here we foster adaptive
and artful leadership throughout the bioregion
that is a match for the economic, ecological,
and cultural challenges of our time.
